This Presentation describes main Sections of Internet Banking with step-by-step description for users. In case of correct registration in the Internet Banking System you will enter the System and see your active accounts on the Home page.
For your convenience you can displace tags on the Home page-Desktop by withholding and moving tag you need by left mouse button. Press "Update" on the Home page-Desktop to update information on your accounts during active client session to see recent receipts on your accounts.
SMS-alert service is intended to inform on cash flow at your account subscribed for this Service by SMS to the phone number specified in the service subscription Application, or indicated in subsection "Update contact information" under Section "Settings" in the Internet Banking system.
Use "Transfer between accounts" under Section "Transfers" to make transfer to your account in the Bank.
Fill in transfer details: payment account, amount, recipient's account number in the Bank, PPC (Payment Purpose Code).
Fill in transfer details and do not put check mark for intrabank transfer to create KZT transfer to third party account in other bank of Kazakhstan. Use "Card replenishment" under Section "Transfers" to replenish credit card both personal and third party within the Bank. To prevent fraud remember, the Bank never send email with a request to indicate Username, Password, one-time password (OTP SMS), follow the link as well as does not send programs and their updates by email.
In case of disclosing Username and Password, loss of security device Token and PIN-envelope, immediately contact the Bank, Contact Center +7 727 259 69. View loan details (interest rate, amount and maturity date, disbursed loan or credit limit, repayment schedule).
